Who this is for
We work with 10-200 FTE operating companies: bootstrapped founders, funded startups, and services or operations teams with real customers and real systems. If you have a CRM, a billing tool, and a shared ops surface your team already runs, that is enough to start. You do not need a CFO, a CIO, or an enterprise stack for this to work.
We are not the right fit for pre-revenue idea-stage startups (not enough to integrate yet) or JPMorgan-tier enterprises (our retainer cap means we cannot be your agent of record across a global function). Everyone in between is fair game.
